The data is stored for 10 years after the last purchase made by the user who is a party to a sales contract with "Alexa Atelier" EOOD.
A commercial partner of "Alexa Atelier" EOOD is any trader within the meaning of the Commercial Law, offering goods and/or services through the sales methods at alleexxa.com.
Types of data that are subject to processing: names, social security number/identity number, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.
Purposes of the processing: performing commercial activities between "Alexa Atelier" EOOD and commercial partners under contracts and other legal relationships.
Data is stored for 10 years.

These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between "Alexa Atelier" EOOD, EIK 202029401, with registered office and management address: Sofia, Studentski District, 50 Akademik Stefan Mladenov St., entrance. A, fl. 2, apartment 1, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as users, of the alleexxa.com electronic store, hereinafter referred to as "electronic store".

3. TERMS
3.1. Internet site - a set of Internet pages, with a common title Internet page that is loaded in your browser, when typing the email address alleexxa.com
3.2. User - alleexxa.com user is any person who entered the email address or reached alleexxa.com by redirection from another Internet site in order to make purchases of goods electronically.
3.3. User profile (Account) – a section of the website, formed by an email address and a personal password, allowing the Customer to place an order, containing comprehensive information about his actions on the website (orders, order movements, etc.)
3.4. Order – an electronic document representing a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer declares to the Seller through the website his intention to purchase Goods and Services from the website.
3.6. Distance sales contract - represents a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase and sale of Goods and/or Services from the website, an integral part of which are the present general conditions for use of the Site. Each separately placed order constitutes a separate contract.
3.7. Bulletin - informational means, mainly electronic, concerning products, services in the commercial outlets of alleexxa.com and of the partners, including the purchase of vouchers or promotions offered in a certain period of time.
3.8. Transaction - the action by alleexxa.com to refund the Buyer as a result of cancellation or non-execution of a purchase and sale contract by the website, carried out only by bank transfer.
3.9. Specifications – all characteristics and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as set out in their description.
3.10. Comment - a type of written evaluation or critical remark by the owner or user of a product or service, based on the personal experience and skills of the evaluator to make qualitative comments and state whether or not the product or service meets the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The alleexxa.com general conditions are binding for all users and with each use of this Website, means that you have carefully read the general conditions for its use and the content of the Distance Sales Agreement, providing for the payment methods, clearly available place alleexxa.com and you have agreed to abide by them unconditionally.
4.2. The contract for distance selling between the Seller and the Customer is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by the seller through a confirmation e-mail or phone call.
4.3. The features or prices of the products described on the website may be changed by alleexxa.com at any time and may contain unforeseen errors.
4.4. All available goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered while stocks last, even if this is not explicitly stated on the website.
4.5. The General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by alleexxa.com at any time by updating them. These changes are effective immediately and are binding on all users/customers.
5. CONTRACT TERMINATION AND TERMINATION
5.1. By registering an Order on the website, the Buyer agrees by phone or e-mail to state his desire to receive the relevant Product or Service from the Seller against payment.
5.2. The Seller will send you a notification to register the Order in his system, which does not mean acceptance, confirmation or commitment to its execution. The Seller makes this notification electronically (email) and by phone.
5.3. The Seller has the right not to deliver part or all of the Goods or not to perform part or all of the Services of the Order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to due to out of stock or price change. In all cases, the Seller shall notify the Customer of this by e-mail or by telephone. In this case, the sole responsibility of the Seller is to return any previously received price of the Goods or Services. alleexxa.com reserves the right not to ship orders to customers with product returns greater than 30% of their total number of products ordered.
5.4. The sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller consists of the present general terms and conditions and the information requested and provided by the Buyer on the website.
5.5. Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, a user who has the quality of a user within the meaning of the ZPA has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty and without paying any costs , with the exception of the costs in art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55 of the Civil Code. The refund is made by bank transfer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
5.6. The Customer will bear all direct costs of returning Products offered by alleexxa.com in the event that he withdraws from the Contract and so requests within the withdrawal period provided by the Seller. 5.8. The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid for the Remote Contract, which the Customer has renounced within 14 (seven) days from the date on which he received the relevant Goods/Services from the Customer in accordance with Art. 54, Para. 4 of PPE. The amount will be refunded as follows without incurring any additional costs to the Customer:
6. ORDER
6.1. The user has the right to order all goods listed on alleexxa.com. When placing the order, the user has the right to choose the type, brand and model of the goods and their quantity, the terms of payment, the method and terms of delivery, according to the possibilities offered by alleexxa.com. When placing an order, the user enters into a contractual relationship with alleexxa.com for the purchase and sale of the selected item, regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. The distance sales contract between the user and alleexxa.com is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the specific order by alleexxa.com via a confirmation email or phone call.
6.2. All orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the first working day.
6.3. The payment of the price under the contract is carried out using the methods indicated on alleexxa.com, and by making the payment the user makes a voluntary statement that he agrees to pay for the product and that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.
6.4. Alleexxa.com prices of the products are final and include VAT.
6.5 alleexxa.com reserves the right to change product prices as well as delivery prices.
6.6. Payment is made by cash on delivery or card payment.
6.10. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the Order placed by the Customer, of which he should notify the Customer. The cancellation of the order does not entail any responsibility or subsequent obligation of any of the parties towards the other in connection with it, and accordingly none of them has the right to seek compensation from the other for its cancellation in the following cases:
- the data provided by the Customer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect.
- Bad customer history - not one-time unclaimed shipments!
7. PRIVACY OF DATA.
7.1. The personal data that alleexxa.com receives during registration or when concluding a sales contract without registration will be used solely for customer service - acceptance and fulfillment of orders and communication with users in case of problems related to the order.
7.2. alleexxa.com fulfills the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and is responsible for the protection of the user's information, which became known to him on the occasion of the conclusion of the contract at a distance, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties.
7.3. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees that his information will be stored and processed according to the procedure provided for in them and in the law, and also agrees that his personal data, announced as publicly available in his user profile on alleexxa.com, will be used by alleexxa.com for direct marketing purposes.
7.4 By registering on the alleexxa.com site, the user agrees to receive emails with notifications about our latest collections, promotions, campaigns and more. The user can unsubscribe from email notification at any time.
7.5 alleexxa.com undertakes not to disclose any personal information about the user and not to provide the collected information to third parties - government bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where:
- has received the express consent of the user upon registration or at a later time;
- the information is requested by state bodies or officials who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information in compliance with the legally established procedures;
- other cases specified in the law.
8. DELIVERY OF GOODS
8.1. The delivery of orders containing products offered by alleexxa.com is carried out with the courier company ECONT EXPRESS OOD and SPIDI AD to the address or office of the forwarding company indicated by the user. When ordering with ECONT EXPRESS OOD for the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery is fixed. When ordering with SPIDI AD for the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery is determined by the standard tariff plans of SPIDI AD for the territory of Bulgaria.
8.2. The Seller will ensure the appropriate packaging of the Goods and the dispatch of the accompanying documents.
8.3. The details regarding the delivery of the Goods/Services including, but not limited to, those regarding the delivery/performance period do not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller to carry out the relevant delivery/performance of the relevant Service on a specific date. Accordingly, the Customer is not entitled to any compensation in the event that the date announced by the Seller to deliver the Goods or perform the Service is not met.
8.4. alleexxa.com provides an option for international orders to which these General Terms and Conditions apply. International deliveries are carried out via courier company DPD or Bulgarian Post. For international delivery, advance payment of the order value and delivery costs are required, which are calculated automatically, depending on the period selected by the Customer.
9. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS.
9.1. According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the "Consumer Protection Act" (CPA), the consumer has the right, without paying compensation or a penalty and without stating a reason, to refuse the goods received within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In this case, the trader is obliged to reimburse the consumer in full the sums paid by him no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the consumer exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The amounts are refunded to the client's bank account.
When returning a purchased item, the shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are not refundable.
The user is obliged to store the goods received from the trader, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the "Consumer Protection Act". In order for the purchased products to be returned, a mandatory condition is that they must be in good commercial condition, without being used, without the integrity of the packaging being violated, without fragrances. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions according to the "Consumer Protection Act" are not subject to return or refusal.
The lower part of the "bikini" type of harness, characterized as underwear - NOT SUBJECT to return or exchange - for hygienic reasons.
The merchant has the right to refuse the return of a product, in accordance with the current legislation.
If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right not to refund your account and have to send the returned item back to you.
You have the right to make a complaint in case of:
- manufacturing defects of the goods (discovered upon receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days if the above return conditions are met)
- non-conformity with advertised/ordered size or model.
In these cases, shipping costs will be borne by the Seller. In order to make a complaint, the Customer undertakes to notify the Merchant in writing in advance by attaching a photo where the defect is clearly indicated, or in the case of an erroneously sent size by the Merchant - indicating the order number, where the desired amount is visible and accurate Customer size.
10. LIMITATION OF CUSTOMER RIGHTS
10.1. Any customer who placed an order with the "Cash on delivery" option and did not claim his shipment within the period regulated by the courier, if he wishes to place a further order, will only be given the option of pre-payment by card.
The seller reserves the right not to fulfill orders of customers with unfair practices, and the customer will be notified of this by email.

STOCK DELIVERY
1. The delivery of orders containing products offered by alleexxa.com is carried out with the courier company ECONT EXPRESS OOD and SPIDI AD to the address or office of the forwarding company specified by the user. When ordering with ECONT EXPRESS OOD for the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery is fixed. When ordering with SPIDI AD for the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery is determined by the standard tariff plans of SPIDI AD for the territory of Bulgaria.
